Once you have downloaded the Qonquer Client you will need to download the Server.dat
You can get the server.dat Here

Or put this in your server.dat

GroupAmount=1
Group1=GroupPic9

[Group1]
ServerAmount=1

Server1=KingKongquer
Ip1=5.3.217.86
Port1=9958
ServerName1=KingKongquer
